Because our products are fresh and perishable, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy — except in cases of damaged or spoiled items.


🚫 No Refund Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed and delivered, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for perishable items.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled or if products are found damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.


🥦 Replacement Policy

We take utmost care to deliver the best quality produce.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement under these conditions:

  1. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide a clear photo or video of the product showing the issue.

  3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  4. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

If replacement is not possible, a store credit or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

  1. Go to My Orders and select the affected product.

  2. Submit a Replacement Request or contact us directly.

  3. Our support team will review your request and assist you promptly.


⚠️ Non-Replaceable Items

  • Items that have been partially used, stored improperly, or reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Offers, discounts, or final sale items.

  • Complaints made without photo/video proof of the issue.
